First Timers – Welcome to MOM3NTUM
Our goal is to create an environment that promotes growth and gives everyone a sense of belonging. We are here to support you through your fitness journey.
1. Book A Trial

Take advantage of our 1 Week Unlimited Package and try out as many sessions as you can handle.

2. Get Ready

Come 15 minutes early so we can get you started. Bring a water bottle, a towel and a big smile.

3. Find Your Fit

Find what fits you and don’t hesitate to get in touch with our coaches if you need additional support.

4. Come Back and Bring A +1
